During Oak Bluffs Tivoli Day 2023: Jena’s Ring Challenge is a ring-catching competition to see who can catch the most rings during a ride around the Carousel. All proceeds will support the Jena Pothier Flying Horses Scholarship Fund.

Jena’s Ring Challenge is a ring-catching competition to see who can catch the most rings during a ride around the Carousel. Competitors enter one of four divisions: Mini Junior: up to age 8; Junior: ages 9-15; Adult: ages 16+; Professional: any age (you know who you are!). Winners will win prizes of all kinds – the top winner will be memorialized on a plaque at the Carousel.
Anybody can enter! The $25 fee to enter the Challenge includes one entry souvenir, up to three rides around the Carousel, and a concessions coupon. Competitors can sign up at the Flying Horses anytime before or on September 17; the competition starts at 5 pm. Fans are welcome! All proceeds will support the Jena Pothier Flying Horses Scholarship Fund.
