Vineyard Preservation Trust seeks part-time proctors to oversee historic properties during events and represent VPT. Flexible schedule, including nights/weekends. Hourly pay. Join us in preserving Martha’s Vineyard’s history!

Preferable skills

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle unexpected challenges calmly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee event setup, breakdown, and adherence to venue policies.
• Serve as on-site contact for clients, vendors, and guests.
• Ensure the safety and security of the property during events.

A successful member of the team has a positive attitude and works well with a team as well as independently. Must be able to work nights and weekends as assigned.
